I was born in the westside barrios of Tucson, Arizona and raised by my Chicano family including my single mother, and two grandparents.
From a very young age I have always had a thirst for asking the big questions. I grew up playing nearly every sport imaginable and played both baseball and volleyball in college.
I’ve been to graduate school seven times now, dropped out five times - as I searched for the way I wanted to give back to society, make a difference, and find meaning and purpose through my work.
As an adult I begin to invest in working with mentors, therapists, and coaches and started my journey of diving into childhood patterns and trauma. I noticed how the things I learned as a child proliferated in my adult relationships, mostly with the women I loved deeply.
People have always sought me out when looking for life or relational advice, as I’ve developed a unique ability to combine compassion, education, perspective, empathy, intuition and action.
First and foremost I have learned from my mistakes and my shadows. The greatest lessons in my life have been when I have slipped up, when I have caused pain, when I have acted out of my inner trauma or reenacted patterns from my childhood.
Sitting with others and helping them work on their relationship with themselves, others, their family, their children, their work, and their life lights me up.
I would love the opportunity to work with you.
