3 x 90 minute Live Zoom group sessions. (These will be recorded and emailed later if you can’t make the live sessions).
Worksheets to accompany each session and take home journal prompts for continued work. (Can be done solo or with a partner).
Small break-out groups during Zoom sessions to build community and work through questions and prompts in focused groups.
1 x 60 minute Q&A (where you will have opportunities to submit questions throughout the workshop).

It all starts with knowing ourselves when we are alone. From childhood to adulthood we construct narratives and patterned behaviors to create our reality. This is our initiation into how we relate to everything and everyone. We start our journey by connecting with the depths of our Souls.

How we relate to others is paramount and determines much of our internal ability to thrive. This session will focus on the Self and how we respond and react in relationships. Building a deep rooted sense of Self through relational self-awareness is the key to building long-lasting and deep connections with others.

We derive much meaning from our professional lives. Our work often dictates a portion of our purpose and greater meaning in life. It is not just a means to and end, but a way in which we express ourselves and contribute to a purpose beyond the Self. We will dive deep into your current relationship with work, your trajectory, and how to delineate purpose from passion.
